I had a phone appointment to get medication for a flare up of gout. The doctor seemed to disbelieve that I had gout. Even though my medical history would confirm it. He reluctantly gave me a prescription for Naproxen. After I paid for the prescription I realised he had prescribed me 10 tablets! So I paid £1 per tablet! This is ridiculous, I’ve never been prescribed less than 28.

Went in for a blood test today, I have been in pain with another issue and the nurse who was takling my blood managed to get me an appt with one of the doctors there and then as she could see I was in a lot of pain. Cant thank her enough as I feel my situation has been now been escalated at Sunderland General Hospital as I have been struggling to deal with the pain I'm in. Many many thanks!

I am thoroughly impressed by how responsive and kind the people at this practice are. Receptionists are friendly and polite and my whole experience here has been one of excellent communication between doctors, nurses and support staff. When you’ve experienced other practices in the past, you can really appreciate how superior this one is. The feel is of a truly caring ‘family’ practice. Thank you all.

Having been with this practise for just over three year and an attempted two appointments, I am still yet to see a practise Doctor. They seem to like to refer you to an access service instead

Knew it would be busy today after the bank holidays, 5 mins on phone and an app same morning. The practice are always very accommodating when it comes to children. Never not been able to have them seen same day if needed. ANP absolutely brilliant. Very thorough, knowledge and compassionate. Feel very safe in her care. Thank you
