   Rang this evening for urgent advice on elderly parents. Was 8th in queue at 5.15. Surgery closes 6pm. Please hold on and number in queue countdown still playing after 6pm so hung on as requested. After 90 minutes was no 1 in the queue when my call was cut off with no explanation. I am appalled and horrified that I will have to go through the same scenario again tomorrow in order to seek the help which my parents urgently need
