My teenager grandchild woke feeling very unwell ( normally healthy I called the fountains doctor surgery receptionist & luckily a appointment arranged for that morning . My teen grandchild visit to the GP has been positive one now feels comfortable In access any future GP help themselves . We hear much negatively about getting appointments at GP . We need young ppl to have knowledge healthcare is available Especially teenagers who started making own decisions in life .

Lovely lady on reception dealt with my needs spoke to her a few times and she is very good at getting things sorted for you.

Rang for an emergency appointment at 8am by 8.04 I had an appointment for the same day, receptionists was very friendly and polite, doctor was great, followed up and sent a prescription to the chemist of my choice. Would definitely recommend

I have not had a experience at the practice in all the years I've been going there. They are always willing to help and accommodate you.

I joined the practice last July and i am extremely happy with the care i have received. I have nothing but positive things to say and i would recommend this practice to my friends and family :)
