    Why is it taking so long to get from doctors to chemist ordered 27th Aug Approved on 28th, no email to say its ready Christmas got it on 5th Sept.?

    I've had lots if dealings during the past 2 years with the GP's, the practice staff and the nurses, and I can honestly say that they're all amazing! They are always extremely professional and polite, and they always try their best to ensure that I am seen by the right person who can better help and support me with my complex medical conditions. I honestly couldn't ask for a better GP's practice and recommend them often to others who don't receive the same level of treatment. Thank you for all that you do!

    After a number of visits the past few months, the support of both my GP and the staff have been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they always go above and beyond and they always ensure you see the correct clinician for your needs. It's a tough job in rough times, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you to all of you!

    I would just like to thank the staff at Ford medical from the receptionist - nurses - and doctors you have done your self proud in these bad times it’s very hard with what is going on and the back lash you guys get I have been looked after very well with things going on and would just like to say thank you and I hope you start to get the extra help you guys need . And the manager should congratulate your receptionist for such good manners

  5. Review titled I feel suicidal because of these people!!! No care of duty

    I was told to go for a liver scan !!!! After the scan I received a msg to contact the surgery to make a appointment to discuss my results as I received this msg within hours of having the scan I was quite concerned after finally getting through to reception I was told I was going to get a callback by a doctor!! I then replied it says on the txt I need to book a face to face appointment and they had none available!!! what made the situation worse was I had to take my mother for an annual check up an hour later !!! When we arrived we were the only people there ! Was sat in the reception area for 40 mins the only action I seen was someone come in to post a prescription!!! The receptionist did tell me to ring at 8am in the morning to book a appointment! I am now on my third day of trying !! Hope the results from the scan are not serious because I haven’t a full nights sleep !!!!!! I’m so depressed I don’t now where to turn or who to go to for help !!!!!!!!

    Dear Andrew, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been having. I can see that you have had 2 GP appointments relating to this, the one you were trying to get being on October 6th and another one on November 7th. It is due to appointment demand being above the capacity we have available that we have to use appointments that only open on the day. This is frustrating for the doctors and other clinicians as well. We always have a Duty Doctor and urgent appointments for emergencies. We are trying to recruit more GPs so hopefully this situation will improve and a higher proportion of advance bookable appointments will be available so that your situation can be avoided.
