   Since I have joined this surgery I was unable to see a Gp .The appointments are allocated to you by the receptionist, who is in charge to decide if you need to see a doctor or not .From my experience ,I haven't seen a doctor yet .I have been given appointments with the pharmacist ,health care assistant and ultimately with the Nurse Practitioner who eventually manage to do something about my issues .This has delayed my treatment with few weeks .Also to see a doctor I had to pay privately.I feel frustrated and hopeless and I have made the decision to change the practice .
