I have great respect for the staff at Fishermead Medical Centre. From the welcoming smiles and friendly manner of the receptionists to the encouraging and non judgemental manner of the nursing staff. The GP I normally see is very warm,empathetic and helpful. There is nothing too much trouble to arrange or to do minor procedures in surgery with the utmost care and concern.i find the appointment system fair, the prescription service efficient and the record keeping accurate. I have a good communication channel through the secretary to manage anything I need.

when I tried to register to go on doctors list I was told I am not in the catchment area but on the NHS website it can be possible to be out of area despite I am only living 1 mile away. The area is convenient for me as I attend the dental services. Is this service selective and biased.
