   The doctor was so helpful and fully checked all notes and listened to our concerns (visit was for my mum) Like the new online system once I became used to logging on and using it properly .Can get a request on the system early so that I don't have to wait for 8.30 and always get a response. Prescriptions and messages are all logged so know they'll be dealt with at some point.

   States on website surgery opening times state open 8am to 10am but when you phone it states the surgery is closed how do you get an appointment to see a doctor
