I have been registered with this practice for years, they are really great. Sadly this review doesn't allow me to include the doctors names 😕 The reception staff are great, really kind, helpful and respectful. As front line staff yesterday I saw ( 30/04/25) a patient shouting at them at reception, but they remained calm, polite and still helped the lady. When I visited ( approx 12.30pm 30/04/25) the male at reception was so polite and kind, and about an hour later the female at reception was also brilliant. When I called for this appointment the lady who answered my call was so nice, I regret not asking her name, she kindly arranged an appointment for me. I think you're all pretty amazing. I always hear everyone I know moaning about their gp service, so I'm very grateful that I am with a great practice. Thank you 😊 🙏

I recommend it because it helped me a lot, I lost a lot of weight in a short timeI recommend it because it helped me a lot, I lost a lot of weight in a short time, the pain I had in my back legs before the surgery is no longer so strong, it's just that I have such a hard time moving.

Excellent service got an appointment same day, friendly stuff and doctors. I had a eye infection called the surgery at 8am and was booked the same day for 10am.

While the doctors themselves are brilliant my last two times at the reception they did not have knowledge that was needed I was very fortunate that one came back from her break to get the help I needed also the new doctors practitioner nurse was not equipped to help me and I wasted a two weeks waiting for this appointment

Always see me within 1/2 weeks of my request and are always very professional, helpful and patient. Just got my pap smear here with a wonderful nurse who got it done so quickly and calmly, 1 week after i requested it
