    Appointment was very quick after a short stay in hospital with infection. Referee me to Asthma clinic. Dr S was amazing, aught me how to use the in hailer Pump properly. Arranged to see me again in 4 weeks for follow up.

    Being a vulnerable patient I could make a telephone appointment this is very important to an older person Doctors listen to all symptoms very patiently Didn't feel like I was rushed And tests were booked for me This is a brilliant practice with very caring doctors

    I called when the surgery was open to request a same-day appointment. They respond by saying, "we don't do that think"! They asked me to fill out a form online, then they will send me a link, and within 2 days I will get a confirmation of the appointment. This process took 2 days until I received a book appointment for 31 days later! I called back and I asked if there was anyway I could get something earlier, and they refused. I asked them what if it was urgent, and they responded, "then go to the hospital". They also said they don't have same-day appointments at all. Nevertheless, they are still accepting new patients, although there are about another 5 GP surgeries in the same road! Also, I get every month the same medication, and they cannot put it as a repeated prescription for some reason. Every time, I have to call the GP about it. Last time, I requested on Wednesday that the GP send the prescription to the pharmacy on Wednesday a week later.

    Long waiting times to get an appointments and then a lot of waiting to be seen, even when you are on time. Even with a baby I waited over 40minutes to be seen by nurse.

    I and my family were able to have a very good doctor, that gives listening hear and empathy. I appreciated the way the doctor attended to my son and his wonderful suggestions concerning his suitation and his promise to follow it up. He earned my trust.

    I waited 25 minutes and then I left because I have to be home by a certain time to let my children in. She did not even come out at all. I was so disappointed

    I had a very positive experience with this GP surgery when I went in with concerns about ongoing fatigue and dizziness. The doctor took time to listen carefully, asked detailed questions, and ordered the right tests without delay. I felt truly cared for and not rushed. After the results came back, the GP explained everything clearly and gave me practical advice on how to manage my health better. The receptionist was also kind and helpful when I called to book a follow-up. That experience gave me a lot of confidence in their care, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
