    Trying to get results of a Echocardiogram from March phoned at least 3 times first you have a record of the others you havent. Plus was told they were back but not read then yesterday no they are not on the screen. This is not the first time we have experience of conflicting messages. I just wish I could record what is said but in future I will write time date and conversation in our diary.

    I called to book and appointment today and the staff member was so helpful and went to great lengths to help me. They put my mind at ease and left me feeling more positive about my situation and that I had made the right call. Thank you and keep up the good work.

      I recently contacted the surgery about my medication which needed adjusting as it was out of synch. I sent a message via the nhs app and within an hour had received a message from a doctor saying it was all sorted. I really appreciated the communication so that I knew all was OK and was so impressed by how quickly the issue was sorted out. All the doctors and nurses I have spoken to have been great. Thanks so much for everything you do I know how hard things are at the moment.

    Rang surgery as my 7 year old has fever. This was 09:30 am. Number 18 on queue. Within 15 minutes I was on phone with a pleasant receptionist. She listened to my request and booked same day appointment for my son with duty doc. Doc rang me about 11:48 am. We discussed my concerns. Treatment given. I am aware this surgery is very busy, but they do attend to all patients according to urgency of illness. My son got a same day appointment despite time I rang the surgery because his illness needed same day assessment. GP who rang was very polite and has a good listening ear. Sorry I have not named the receptionist and GP.

    A patient of over 10 years with special needs. This surgery (am registered St George) goes out of its way to help. Organised, efficient, staff are brilliant. Kind too. They understand my needs and treat me accordingly. Thank you for all that you do. It truly is appreciated.

    I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Fireclay Health team for their excellent organisation and efficient service on 19/11 when I got my Covid and Flu Booster vaccinations. The whole experience was well organised and ran smoothly from booking and then rescheduling appointments due to catching Covid, to car park and queue management on the day. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you Fireclay for making it all such a positive and easy experience

    Why is it so hard to get an appointment with doctors if your own choice. Also why are only a few appointments released each day. It is very frustrating after waiting 30-60minutes to get through to the surgery then to be told there are no appointments.

    We are really sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems booking a GP appointment. Demand for GP appointments is extremely high; we release a substantial number of appointments daily for booking via telephone or on-line, these appointments are however reduced when we have unplanned GP absence which we have experienced in recent weeks.     I have needed to visit Lodgeside Surgery several times of recent months. I have found all of the staff, from those on the front desk to the Nurses and Doctors to be really welcoming, helpful and supportive. Thank you.

    I've had a really horrible couple of days and have been in a lot of pain and just wanted to say the staff (both receptionists and doctor) were amazing. I spoke to 2 receptionists are they were so caring and really listened to what I had to say and really felt like they cared. The doctor saw me straight away and was so kind and really thorough. I don't visit the doctor often but have to say you couldn't have been any better and I really really appreciate it. I wish I'd taken the receptionists names but hope you can pass on my gratitude if you know who it was (this was 15th and 16th September am)

    felt very anxious when i made an appointment but left feeling that 'things' were going to be put into place. I understand the pressure staff and the NHS are under and will be patient with regards to referral appointments which can take longer than two weeks even if asked for 'as urgent 2 week turn around' by the GP
