Review titled So difficult to get an appointment

Fortunately, I do not go to the GP very often, but I still pay my taxes. Every time I need to go, it's a pain. You can not book an appointment in person or for the day you need (eg, in two days time). You need to call after 8 o'clock, and they will decide if you are sick enough to see the doctor the same day, so you can not organise your work. I find this way ridiculous in the technological times we are living in. I understand that there are people who need to book by phone. I think for them, it works to call and speak with someone, but having 30 people in the queue before you is insane. If the surgery could work both by phone and booking online, it would save time for us patients and for the staff who are very stressed every morning. I called today after waiting on the phone for half an hour, at 8:30 they did not have an appointment for me anymore. I am very disappointed.

Dr,are professionals and staff is very nice and helpful my G.p is Dr sh I was being diagnosed with some issues but they handle it professionally,you can get appointment and can change them accordingly

The staff are unprofessional, poor service doesn’t help the patient They ask me to register online . I did it online for my self my wife and my daughter. My new born daughter doesn’t get registered I ask for appointment but the don’t help me and the baby is crying a lot
