   Receptionists are rude and dismissive. Waiting times are worse than the country average. Not even sure they treat anybody they just send you to a walk-in centre. Times spent in the waiting room are 30mins to an hour after your appointment time and they will look to cancel your appointment if you’re just minutes late. I tried called to inform them I was in traffic and it took 50 minutes to get through by which time they’d cancelled my appointment. All whilst I have an ongoing issue they’re aware of.
