Had a blood test last December which indicated high cholesterol, was prescribed medication and told to ring up for another blood test in 3months. I phoned and was answered by one of the aggressive ill informed receptionists who told me I couldn't "just ring up for a blood test without a form". After a long time and much pushing I got the test. Results come back and not only does it seem to be for the wrong thing the comments say "no further action needed". Really I just think this practice employs an appointment prevention team who are rude and abrupt and seem to be working to a brief of stopping patients accessing a doctor. Practice has been going downhill for a long time.

Bloods taken results in, called and the usual rude receptionist answered telling me the results. Thought this was the Doctor's position. Asked for appointment and she refused to give me one saying there is nothing wrong with me. Asked to speak with Doctor refused again. Trying to find Practice managers details but you have to fill in generic form on line.

Since Long Riding and Felmores joined the service is been getting worse. Can never get a face to face appointment and will prescribe steroids without even seen the patient. More recently booked an appointment for a blood test and was told it would be at Long Riding, when I got there I was told I was in the wrong place. I quickly made my way to Felmores and got there 3 min late, while talking with the receptionist received a message to say my appointment was cancelled (by then this was 4 min past the appointment time). This is not acceptable. It's ok to get the patient to wait but when the GP makes a mistake by sending you to the wrong place and you are late for 3 minutes your appointment just gets cancelled.

Still no visiting appointments. Also no timed telephone appointments so easy to miss. Difficult to follow up on things, a bit authoritarian and traditional. And I really don’t like telling reception staff who book appointments what it’s all about. No continuity.

I tried to make an appointment and I was told that I am not registered with them in the system,last times they see me in the system.. I had to call again to stand in line and then I was told that probably someone made a mistake in my date of birth and that I should go and fill it out again the registration form and the excuse: "we don't have any more appointments today" I stood in line twice... very very rude staff!!!
