   I went to the health centre today to collect a blood pressure monitor i was told to collect it at 11-o clock onwards ,i called in at 11-20 i was still sitting there half an hour later . In my opinion this is very bad practice and i for one will not tolerate this treatment .It seems to me they couldnt care less how long you sit there waiting that is very bad and should not be allowed .

   I am very sorry that you were kept waiting today and you are very angry because of this. I know that the Receptionist explained to you that she was waiting to speak to the Practice Nurse who happened to be in clinic and seeing a patient at the time. If you would like to then please contact us again to arrange the loan of a blood pressure machine.
