this is my first time here and from the moment i came in the staffs were so nice to me and very helpful they directed me to the right person and my Trainer also is very nice and also a very good teacher.

Secretaries are very rude to custmers. Refuse to grant apppointments under two weeks. Appointment cannot be has for less than 2 weeks. Doctor's service is good however. Had to change my doctor surgery after many years.

I have only been in Birmingham for some months and I have never been to such a terrible doctors practice. On all occasions I’ve called and made an appointment there has been a problem. With the receptionists giving me the wrong dates for appointments on most times and then telling me that it’s my fault. Not listening and telling me I had booked a telephone appointment only to be told I’d missed it because it was a face to face, getting the dates mixed up then having to wait weeks for another appointment. For one issue I had to wait 6 weeks to talk to someone because my appointment was cancelled on the day and I had already waited three weeks. Then when I have been in waiting for over 40 minutes after my allotted time. Additionally one of the male doctors is extremely rude, uncaring and doesn’t listen or seem to have any time for whatever the problem is. So now I have asked to not be placed with him. I am very close to leaving. I have honestly never experienced such a bad doctors practice.
