    I spoke with GP and he said will send medication to collect in pharmacy in the morning. I visited pharmacy 3 times and they said not receive. Third time I was after 2 afternoon so I decided to call back surgery and asked what happened. When I reached someone after 10 minutes they told me doctor forgot to click medical to send to the pharmacy and I need to wait to call me back when will be ready to collect. After 1 hour I asked pharmacy if is ready because I did not receive any call back from surgery they said it is but I need to wait now to preper for me another 35 minutes. That medication was for my daughter who was in pain and couldn't eat. Very bad experience

    I receive a request to arrange a health check, the spend varying amounts of time over various days phonong to make an appointment. Lost count of how many times after waiting varying lengths of time, up to 15mins on occasions, only for the phone to be answered and then put down ending the call. E-mailed them with similar information provided here and three days later havent heard anything back. My wife who works in the NHS is now investigating alternate surgeries. This ia a massive practice within Slough and clearly have hoovered up as many patients and introduced as many services as they deem suitable to reap the financial benefits the NHS offer them, but what good if there working people with commitments cant even contact them to make an appointment or have their complaint heard. Avoid, for the sake of your physical health and mental health if of an anxious persuasion.

    I am fast loosing trust in NHS healthcare and I work in that field. 1. GP forgot to request meds, also failed to refer me to the right radiologist. So I had to retrace and wake the GP up. 2. Radiologsts appointments were complete waste because GP failed to let radiology know what they were supposed to be examining and why. The Ultrasounds will have to be rebooked with another GP and a clear note made as to why they are referring me.
