   I'd like to see my GP, I work and don't have time to spend speed dialling the practice in the hope that I might win today's lottery and actually get an appointment. I can book a flu jab or COVID jab on the app but I don't need those; I need a quick and convenient way to book a GP appointment that doesn't take an unnecessary amount of effort to arrange. Really I'm after a referral but instead I'll have to sit in A&E for hours for something that isn't an accident or an emergency to be seen because I can't arrange an appointment with my GP without devoting my morning to try get through to the poor receptionist trying to help everyone as best they can.
