   Been calling since 8am. Finally got through after 150 odd calls at 8.40 to be 20th in line call answered a 9.20am So a 1hr 20min. Never got an appointment (apparently will call back if not in to call back tomorrow 8am) thus surgery is a joke.. Sick of paying tax to fund a scamming service like The Family Practice Blackburn. I plan to change doctor’s practice as so as possible.
