    Attended this morning with my adult daughter. I would like to thank the lovely lady on reception who was welcoming, friendly and had a great sense of humor ( which was used appropriately). So welcoming, so helpful and generally an all round good egg. Thank you for being so friendly. ( Wednesday 0830 14.5.25)

    I have had a lot of negative experiences experiences with many GPs here. This has sadly now outweighed the positive. I have a disabled child and as a carer, advocating for the health of my child or me has been less than ideal. Failure to contact back on results saying urgent referral needed. Unable to perform seemingly routine tests on my son for ongoing medical issues forcing us to go private. However, when faced with previous failures leading to my son developing sepsis you are left with no choice. Again today for my own care, despite being promised a prescription to be sent out to enable me to get a prescription to alleviate pain from shingles - nothing has been sent. A phone call, images sent but no action by the GP. Who are the people who this GP service is prioritising? Why do they treat my son’s health like it doesn’t matter. We have had better service in previous years at times but it seems pot luck as to which GP you get. Increasingly, however the trend is towards a lower level of service.

    I have been with the practice when we went to Henleaze Avenue so l am at Fallodon Way since the beginning of the practice.I am very happy to say that through all that time and all my medical problems the care and the treatment and advice from every single person at the practice has been exceptional ,so a very big thankyou to everyone from me.

    Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the GP who saw my daughter yesterday, I only have positive things to say. She was warm, empathetic and knowledgeable, and left us both with such a sense of confidence. I would highly recommend her!

    It was for a blood test . I was able to book this in line . The nurse was on time and was able to get blood from me with a butterfly needle . A friendly and efficient procedure . As always

    As the daughter of an elderly patient this practice is achieving want we all want from the NHS. Multiple medical tests and excellent wound care have got my Dad back to health. He was probably close to needing a hospital visit but they have managed to keep him at home. All excellent and I must give the professionals on reception a shout out as they got Dad in to see the nurse with one call from me. That set him on the route to recovery. Welldone to everyone including microbiology and the GP who responded to the blood test results. He is so much better - walking up and down to town!

    I have generally received excellent service from this practice. However last Monday I needed to seek medical support for a condition that was becoming worse& thought e-consult would give the opportunity to provide fuller details for GP’s consideration. I was surprised that it was the physiotherapist that responded but my consultation seemed quite thorough & I was told it needed to be referred to GP so I then expected contact. 3 days later I had heard nothing so contacted surgery to follow up and asked if it could be logged that my condition was continuing to get worse rather than better. Told my best option was to ring at 8.00am next week to book a Dr appointment if I wanted an earlier review. So really a waste of time as I could have done that last Monday and would probably have seen a Dr before now.

    Latest visit was for a blood test. Had to wait only 15 mins in the waiting room, then a charming nurse who took my blood very carefully and cheerfully. Thank you!
