Helpful and efficient reception. Was seen by a paramedic who I found very thorough and reassuring.Also gave me advice on blood pressure monitoring . All of this same day and in less than 2hrs . Credit where due.

Wrong information, and when I phone Back, I was trying to explain what happened and she put the phone down on me. Very very poor. I suffered with mental health issues Anxiety too this has done my head in completely

The receptionist was very curtious and helpful. After discussing my health need and her prompt actions it wasnt long before the Dr responded and I was given the appropriate medication.

I could not have ask for better Service from the Paramedic .He made me feel comfortable and understand what I am going through.I felt very at ease with with him I could not have asked for better,because he dealt with me and sent me to A&E which they said he made the right decision, and now they are looking into what is wrong with me .I can't make him enough Thank u Mrs Sandra Brandon.

I usually had the feeling of being rushed through the call every time I contacted the surgery for online consultation. However this time, both the Triage nurse and the GP that eventually attended to me were very patient and took time to understand my situation, and also to make sure that they offered appropriate follow up recommendations to deal with the issues that I had. I am extremely happy with the service that I received and will like to thank the practice for an excellent patient care.

I am very pleased with the Paramedic doctor as he examined my 7years old daughter and was explaining to her all her symptoms, took time to make her listen to her chest through his phone, replied to her questions about asthma and showed her photos in the screen. He was really helpful and wanted to be extra thorough with his diagnosis. Really friendly and helpful, now I am relieved of seeing a doctor that can help my doughter get well.

We saw the paramedic doctor today and he was really thorough with his examination on my 10years old son, he discussed over his symptoms with him, replied to all his questions, explained to us the difference sound of his breathing and I felt really in good hands as he was examining him. I wish we could have him as our gp.

I called in Everest House Surgery at approximately 10.00. The receptionist apologised for queue and wait. I was questioned on symptoms as I thought I might have a UTI as I wear a catheter valve. The receptionist said I’d be contacted before midday she gave me a urinary sample bottle. I was shopping in Queens Sq and received a triage appointment within half an hour. Excellent service from Everest House thank you

This review is more for a member of staff than the surgery itself. The gentleman my mum saw was really caring and helped to reassure her with her concerns. My mum and myself came away not feeling dismissed and her worries were taken onboard and hopeful that going forward, mum will be feeling better in no time.
