I spoke with a GP on the phone yesterday and was then seen face to face today by a different GP. Both GP's were extremely helpful and i was pleased with the outcome of the consultation. Admin staff are wonderful in all that they do with their communications between GP and patient and with making appointments.

They staff at Essington medical Centre. Are amazing very helpful and understanding. We have a disabled daughter they are so understanding.

Since the pandemic this practice has been extremely difficult to use. You can hardly ever get through on the phone, when you do you have to repeatedly listen to a long recorded message to then be good there are no available appointments, call back at 8am tomorrow. Then you go through the whole experience again!

I had an appointment with my doctor just after 7am on a Monday morning. Just wow. The practice was full of happy, smiling, engaged staff from reception to doctors, from the cleaner to nurses providing a hugely flexible and efficient service for patients to be seen. Cannot express how impressed I am by the whole team working together to make these flexible timings available. Thank you for recognising a need and stepping up and making it happen.

I saw a doctor at the surgery a few weeks ago who prescribed some medication which has really helped my condition. The doctor was a lovely doctor and I am really grateful of the help and support received from the doctor and the surgery at that time. Thank you
