My prescription appointment had been cancelled and I called up the GP immediately and the receptionist was very helpful she spoke with the doctors and arranged my medication. Receptionist was very helpful.

I had an appointment today and I was greeted with a smile and professionalism by the receptionist Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful, if you prefer to book a telephone or a face to face appointment with a specific doctor you may need to wait a bit longer but this is expected. Overall I am happy with the service I get from my GP Practice

Haven't had much interaction with the surgery yet except to request for medication I have been given previously, then being made to wait almost a whole month just for a conversation about it.

Very easy to get an appointment, reception staff very good, especially two staff members that have been there for years they are very polite and helpful and listen to you, drs have time for you I didn’t feel rushed in my appointment, would definitely recommend, I was seen on time too.

Today my wife and I visited the practice to get an appointment- the young lady at reception booked us in together today to have our initial health check - so efficient and helpful. We then attended our health checks with the nurse and she was warm, friendly and informative about our next steps in terms of accessing the surgery and the processes that are part of the surgery. As we are Australian and our systems are quite different it was very important to receive the information we required to be able to access services through the practice. Finally, on returning to reception in order to make another appointment we were assisted by the practice manager who guided us through their systems in a comprehensive, logical and effective manner. She also indicated that there was a fundraiser on tomorrow that we are sure we will attend. For a first time to navigate the systems, both NHS and Sussex Lodge, we found the staff that we interacted with to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have all made a very strong first impression.

I had to have blood taken and I am needle phobic and the phlebotomist was excellent and reassuring.

I had a blood test carried out and the nurse was exceptionally professional, yet kind, caring and reassuring. So gentle and although I was nervous, I didn't feel a single thing. Essex Lodge is one of the best GP practices, Thank you for everything.

My appointment on the 1st of May was with an excellent young doctor who took the time to listen to me. He understood all my concerns and was polite and very professional, thanks to his expeditious action really appreciated. An excellent surgery with great service.
