When I telephoned a couple of weeks ago, I was able to get two different appointments with different members of the team on the same day. This meant that I didn't have to attend two appointments spread over different days. Amazing service and it was really appreciated that you went that extra mile to accommodate me as I don't have transport to easily get there. Thank you Eskdaill Medical

Attended with menopause symptoms, hear so many horror stories of women being ignored and told it’s just part of life! But I felt so heard and so vindicated! Genuinely great practice, individually dr bland was amazing, knowledgeable and kind. But the surgery as a whole are welcoming, helpful, accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more

My experience from the surgery is how they made sure I had the correct medication that I needed and making sure it worked for me they go out of there way to make sure you get the correct information and medication

I was with my previous surgery for 60 Years and a bit worried about moving to another surgery how wrong was I excellent service nothing too much trouble, very helpful staff praise where praise is due. Keep up the good work

The doctor supported my daughter with a delicate situation and she was extremely caring and supportive and and very thorough. I would like to thank the Eskdail medical practice for their care and support.

I have been with Eskdaill Medical for many years, and they have always provided excellent support. I use their online services to contact the practice - this is definitely better than calling, and allows the practice to prioritize better. I cannot fault the care I have received from Eskdaill.

On this particular occasion I emailed the surgery for sone advice and received a prompt and very helpful response. Indeed, having been registered here for 6/7 years I have found this to be the best medical practice that I have ever used. All the staff are incredibly helpful and extremely competent. I feel privileged to benefit from such excellent care. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to the practice via any official means that you have. Consistency, a professional approach and a caring response is what I have experienced in the 20+ years I have registered with this practice. The online system to request medication is reliable. Good parking available in the nearby car park if the surgery's car park is full. Shorter queues than the adjoining surgery. I can recommend this surgery.

On 14th of Nov I telephoned Eskdaill Drs and after the usual Covid chat was put straight through to the receptionist Who was very pleasant and efficient Within 5 minutes had found me an appointment with a nurse and a message through to my phone as confirmation Then came to appointment with another very efficient nurse Agee minutes later at Pharmacy to pick up a Prescription I also noticed how clean the practice was God bless the NHS

I did an online Consultation via Engage Consult. Got a text with the hour to offer an appt with DR that afternoon. DR was lovely and sorted out treatment for me that day. Fantastic care.
