I found Reception and the dr very pro-active and helpful when I had a very bad , painful lower back injury .

I first called at 9am on 26/3/24. The receptionist was rude and put the phone down at the end of the conversation, asking me to fill in the reasons of my call despite telling her it was very personal and I wished only to share this with the GP. She also refused to give me a one to one appointment. Another patient on this review page had the same problem and the response by a doctor was that when we request a face to face appointment, it will be granted. This was in January 2024, hence no changes since. I called a second time, this time to have one of the very helpful receptionists. She did her job to perfection and even a little bit more. I hesitated to report this but it is the only way to correct the individual who is failing the whole practice with her bad approach . All doctors from staff to reception are excellent, they listen. Reception is the first impression one has of any public organisation and it should be common sense that the very important post of answering the telephone is the first impression one has of this organisation.

I was lucky enough to join to this Gp practice in 2019. Every time I book an appointment I have a phone call from GP the same day or even within one hour. Prescribed all right medication. They are very friendly and I got a referral to physio therapy straight after I had a neck problem and I received a treatment. Now I had a chat regarding my female issues and I was offered a scan. I’m very pleased with how Esher green surgery takes care of me.

Phone response is very fast and the doctors helpful but, despite numerous requests, have not been granted a face to face consultation since Covid. Also no continuity - different doctor each time. Really lacking personal care......

We are saddened though that you feel you are not able to see a Doctor face to face. We can, indeed, offer you a face to face appointment if that is what you prefer - please do request when you are next in contact with us. The Esher Green Surgery team of Doctors all have access to your medical records and would see your full history at the time of consultation but if you prefer to see one Doctor, please do request that Doctor at the time of contact. Only at times when that Doctor is not running sessions would we offer you the option of seeing another Doctor. Kind regards

The whole team from reception to doctors are very caring and helpful. No trouble getting an appointment on their new system either and even find it quicker to get one.

I have never seen a GP, I ask to see a Doctor and they give me a Nurse Practitioner. The reception staff have been very rude and the care has been so poor.

I was given exceptional service over the course of seven days during which I saw a doctor, spoke to a doctor, had a scan and blood tests, and was told the results in the clearest terms. All the staff including reception and medical attendants are of the highest order and dedicated to the welfare of patients.

I have been a patient at this practice for a few years, but in the last 2 years the service has gone downhill. It is really hard to get an appointment, and when you finally manage to speak to a staff, they are very unpleasant to talk to. They should try to treat patients with a bit more respect.
