We are sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience, when contacting the surgery. We take all feedback seriously and would be happy to investigate. If you could kindly email- d-icb.mayflower-governance@nhs.net. We can review this in more detail for you and feedback. Many thanks, Mayflower MG.

  2. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had never been to ernesettle practice as I normally go to a practice in St budeaux. I only wish I had gone there before as I felt this practice to be so much better in only a few visits than I experienced in all the years at my other practice. To come out of a surgery where you feel relaxed and listened to was an absolute delight. From receptionist who were lovely ,to the doctor who I seen, and the hca who took my blood. They honestly made a huge difference on my experience of having to visit about a medical problem. This surgery shows empathy and compassion, which is something so many lack. Would recommend anyone who is offered this practice as an alternative to go there.
