  1. Review titled Poor receptionist

I was told by the receptionist that I did not need an appointment with the doctor to address a blocked tear duct. As I was already attending Parklands for a glaucoma test in a couple of weeks, she said I could ask the eye doctor there to look at my blocked tear duct at the same time. The eye doctor at Parklands said it was a bad call by the receptionist not to get me an appointment with the doctor for a possible referral and that they could not look at my blocked tear duct. The eye doctor said if I could not get a doctors referral to go to Specsavers. I went back to Endon surgery, to book another appointment with the doctor and the receptionist told me she was struggling to find an available space for me. There was only one person in the waiting room so they did not appear to be overly busy. I ended up booking a test at Specsavers for a fee. By now I had endured a very worrying time over my eye that stretched into its 4th week. Quite bizarre treatment at Endon surgery, the likes I have never encountered before.
