Had a test done yesterday. It was extremely efficient, on time, a professional nurse who explained everything to do with the procedure.

Failure to inform patients at the start of appointment that two issues will need two appointments Failure of nurses and doctors to document accurately what was discussed at appointment Leading to patient feeling stressed and extremely tired with existing health problems not been looked at

Poor signage in reception so waited unnecessarily for a receptionist to be available. GP did not introduce themselves and was cold and uncaring. Nothing wrong with advice or outcome of appointment but felt as though they would rather not be there.

I attended because of a serious knee pain and swollen both ankle The doctor tried to take my BP both the hand culf was small she asked me to use the outside machine which I used my BP seems high to me I handed over to the reception desk has instructed I waited for about 10 mins thinking I will be called back since I asked the doctor for a prescription Up till now I haven’t had a call from the surgery

Rang to ask for advice from Dr on Tuesday. Advised to call back 8am on Wednesday. Got through within 5 minutes, offered F2F appointment for 10.10 or phone appointment. Opted for face to face. Saw a fantastically helpful and friendly Dr who discussed my medical issue and gave me options as to how to go foward. Thank you so much.

Doctor didn’t really help, told me to keep using the medication even though I told her I was having a reaction to it.

I am happy with the service that I got from the GP I met yesterday. He was attentive and understanding when I stated my problem and offered me options of treatment in line with my understanding of my circumstances. I am happy with the outcome of this visit

I rarely see Doctor, had 2 issues, felt like I was a nuisance on Doctor, who didn't have enough manners to talk to me rather than computer screen.

I was told I needed to book a face to face appointment. When I got there the doctor was not aware why. complete waste of time. I took time off of work to attend.
