    I had an appointment on 21.3.24 and although the actual time of the appointment was running late, the person was very professional in her manner and thorough in her Investigation of my current health. She apologised for her delay but still had sufficient time for my appointment. I would have no hesitation in having a further appointment with her and would recommend her to others.

    Excellent practitioner who was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Only difficulty is getting an appointment to see her! I mentioned this and she gave me an option to ask reception to set a task for her to contact me with a proposed appointment to which I could respond. Great solution to my only issue. HRT prescription sent and reassurance to contact her with ‘any’ question at any point before next review. Great supportive care. Thank you. 😊

    I had a consultation with a nurse practitioner who provided support and advice regarding my condition. They also provided follow-up advice. The service they provided was superb.

    The nurse led women's health service has been a great help to me in understanding and dealing with perimenopause symptoms. Great advice and support, I've felt in good hands and very well looked after. Thank you!

    The nurse practitioner is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The old receptionists who have been there a while are rude, unhelpful and not interested. The newer receptionists are much more helpful and friendly. Lack of appointments is annoying. I was 9th in the queue and could only get a phone appointment with a nurse at 7pm that evening. Who was helpful but only by referring me to someone else as she couldn’t assist herself. The fact you can’t get an appointment after 8.05am, when they open at 8am, is not good.

    It was easier than usual to make an appointment today. I wasn't on hold for too long, and managed to arrange for a telephone consultation this morning. The doctor called at the arranged time. She was so lovely. She listened to me, which, I think, is the most important thing a g.p can do. Thank you

    i've been with this practice for 20 years, it's 3 minutes from my house but i will be leaving this practice as soon as possible. i have a serious health issues, but i can't get an appointment with a doctor or even through to the receptionist at times. i have been ringing everyday from opening, the line is busy and i can't even make it onto the waiting list, when i do make it through I was told that they've reached their "safe limit" for the day, it wasn't even half 9am. i have tried every single day to have the same outcome, they just tell me to ring back another day. this has been the save since lockdown and I am beyond fed up and my health has gone down hill, i am now facing having to go to a&e. this practice is serious letting down their clients and I know other people with the same issues with the practice.

    The difficulties I experienced with this practice began when I was told I could see a nurse upon my arrival after major bowel surgery. When I arrived I was told to go home they can't see me. All this while I could barley walk. Ever since then getting prescriptions has ever been wrong (missing medication) or simply not returned meaning my stoma supplies needing to be sent as an emergency. The latest experience was given twenty minutes notice to collect a very important mecial evaluation form before they close, I phoned to say I would be three minutes late and was told I would need to come tomorrow. I hope to find a new doctors as being caused this amount of stress whilst undergoing chemotherapy and fighting cancer doesn't seem like a good decision.

    Dropped off my repeat prescription first thing on Mondy morning, 8th September so as to give plenty of time. Called at the pharmacy on Thursday to pick it up but they had received nothing. I went into the surgery, just to make sure it hadn't been overlooked which has happened on more than one occasion in the past. I was told that it now takes 3-5 days for a repeat to be sent to the next door pharmacy. OK, so it will be ready tomorrow, Friday then, as that will be 5 days. The response from the receptionist actually stunned me, I was told that 'it will be there if you're lucky' I understand that receptionists at the practise are under a lot of pressure, due to the awful to non-existent service provided to patients, but to tell someone with a quite serious heart condition that their prescription will be ready if they're lucky is simply unacceptable. Been with this practise since the 1970's, and until the recent takeover it was very good. since the takeover it has become a complete shambles, not fit for purpose.

    Been waiting 9 monthes for ultra sound scan appointment, to find a receptionist never spoke to the doctor. Today we were told we needed to start again but the first appointment was 11 July or wait in the above 30 queue on the phone perhaps get through but most likely the line drops. To possibly get a nurse If she can make a make a referral. Completely disorganised, and on hearing my questions had no positive or helpful way of dealing with the problem only offering the above service when they themselves are at fault and should have tried to rectify it in some way. We went to the surgery Oct 2022 and saw a new doctor that seemed like he wanted to help but unfortunately this wasn't enough because of the Complete lack of organisation and the way it is run. We are changing doctors, I think this surgery should be closed down. It is not giving any service let alone good or bad.
