Cannot recommend Elm Lodge highly enough. First rate GP surgery. From reception staff, practice nurses to the doctors. Can always get an appointment. Friendly and caring. I'm so glad we switched to them several years ago. Highly recommend.

What can I say about the doctors, nurses, receptionists and office staff? They are all extremely hard working, caring, compassionate. I am truly blown away by their dedication and professionalism. We as a family are so fortunate to have what must be, the best practice in London. A big, big thank you to all in Elm Lodge Surgery for your dedication!

I’ve been with this practice for 40+ years - though luckily seldom have need. I particularly value that when there is an urgent need , they are responsive, friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have Elm Lodge as our local surgery.

I rarely call the Gp but today I called Elm Lodge at lunch time today after being called to collect my 8 year old from school with earache. Talked to a kind and helpful receptionist (who even called me back when we got cut off) and by 4pm a GP had called me back and my daughter is now receiving treatment. Thank you - much appreciated.
