I have been a patient at this practise for over 20 years and I would highly recommend this surgery as I have always been treated with respect and professional by my doctor and all the other doctor's and staff at the surgery I have just recently seen my doctor about a recent blood test that I had he explained all the issues and concerns that I had and I was very happy with the way I was treated

76 years of age, still working and occasionally need a little assistance. Last local surgery for over 40 years moved a few miles away and I was allowed to stay with them. When I experienced a couple of important problems I was informed that I was outside the area and to find alternative support ! - I feel lucky to to have found Elliott Street Surgery. They are busy but find time and solutions to our problems. Run by absolute professionals, the support staff are excellent and understanding, in my opinion, simply the best!

Had an appointment at the clinic today, seemed to be a small backlog of patients waiting. with one patient in distress, who was taken in to be seen. Realizing what was happening a further doctor took over my appointment easing the waiting time of others. I must say my treatment at this surgery has been very good. with no complaints.

whenever I try to contact the surgery through the My GP service, I invariably find that it is offline and therefore unavailable. This is very annoying and the website needs to be updated to show what hours this service is open for contact, and also show specific times when the service is not available.

Impossible to make an appointment or get advice. No answer when phoning the surgery during opening hours and 'Ask my GP' online service is not working/open after repeated attempts to log on

Phoned late Monday morning with urgent request for help for a patient who we felt was in a critical way, explained situation to the receptionist, within 15 mins the patient had been phoned and brought into surgery for an afternoon appointment, he was assessed by two GP's and referred to emergency care at the hospital. Thankful to all involved providing superb care in a climate of Primary Care constraints, our family friend is a veteran and this surgery has provided him with the best care and hopefully he will now receive the same in secondary care.

Tried to ring through to the practice, the phone was ring for 30 minutes and no answer. AskmyGp appears to always be offline. We only wanted the email address to request a prescription. Have tried to ring in the past with the same waiting times for phones to be answered. Very frustrating
