   Spoke to one of the receptionist this morning made me feel uncomfortable, felt like I was bothering her that I rang to speak to a doctor and was speaking to me in a rude manner. Being front line worker myself I do not speak to NHS patients like that. I have never had an issue with the GP surgery staff but this time was not acceptable.

   Recently moved away from their catchment area, and am seriously sad about it. It's not perfect, but it's the best practice I've been at so far. You can actually reach them, book appointments within 2 weeks, get proper referrals and good use of the online system for prescription requests (which are done quickly). It's a real shame they only allow catchment patients, as everything nearby is horrid. Thank you
