I find the current system of accessing appointments at the surgery unhelpful for the older generation. Both my parents are in their eighties and don't find accessing the Patches system easy and they don't use the internet. This is left up to me to be able to log a request, this information is then sent to my father who struggles with just being sent a link, fortunately he has a phone that can access the internet but I still need to do this for him. I work full time which means this is sometimes difficult for me to be able to act straight away. I think for the older generation a simple phone call or text with the information contained is better than sending a link.

I was able to receive an appointment quickly Following my appointment a referral for further care was made and I have received an appointment for that

I contacted the practice and was told appointments are not to be made over the phone go on Patches . I had a swollen painful foot I was told in 3 request to elivate my foot finally got an appointment with practitioner advised a blood test after 2 more patches requests for results the doctor advised .an X-ray another week later shown a broken bone . 5 weeks I suffered with pain in my foot to late to treat but fortunately my foot was healing but disappointed with the time to diagnose

The receptionist dealt very quickly with my worries and arranged for me to be seen at short notice. The medical practitioner who saw me was excellent.

I saw a Junior Doctor. She was friendly, asked lots of questions, listened carefully and explained the course of action she was proposing. She also explained what to do after the appointment and in the event that I hadn't heard back regarding tests. I thought she was very thorough and that made me feel heard, gave me confidence that I was being listened to and I thought she was very good

Patches easy to complete and I was seen by GP on the same day. The GP made the required referral and I was very happy. Very comforting and efficient service.

I submitted a request using Patchs and requested a face to face appointment as I have a hearing problem. The appointment was on time, if not a little early and the Dr was excellent at explaining everything. I didn't feel rushed. Thank you.

Completed patches early morning and got an appointment the same day. The doctor was very , professional and extremely helpful and friendly throughout the consultation. Listened to my concerns and explained in detail what he thought my condition requires and referred me on to relevant out patients department

From reception staff to nurse, nurse practitioner, Doctor on both personal treatment and contact information. Total professionalism , caring and attentive throughout. I feel totally cared for by this practice in the last three years that I have been registered there. Thank you to all of the staff there for looking after me
