I've been with East park medical practice for Almost 30 years. I've never had an issue and I have always felt supported. But recently I had different symptoms and did not connect the dots thankfully the Menopause Nurse did and I was diagnosed with the menopause. All of a sudden things over the past 12 months made sense, I have been given support, advice and options along the way. We have gone at my pace and all options on my pathway have been clearly explained. I've still got a long path ahead but I do not feel like I am in my own

An amazing practice with an amazing team! The reception team are very caring and attentive, they really go above and beyond to help with any queries! One particular receptionist made me feel very at ease during a telephone call and followed up my call. The GP I have seen is lovely, always caring, considerate and reassuring. A lovely team who deserves lots of praise and thanks!
