I didn’t get what I was hoping for today . My GP s associate was very helpful , in fully explaining why this was the case. Not a cop out , but an in depth explanation as to why and where I go from here . An option of further stages , and an alternate action plan . Also a fully assessed review of my health issues at this stage. Very pleased with the attention I received . Thank you

Yes sometimes it is hard to get through on the telephone but holding and waiting in the queue is the answer not keep re-dialling. Reception staff always happy to help and explain anything. Its not their fault no appointments are available. My doctor is one of the best, always take care to listen to you. Very kind doctor.
