From entering the building, early this morning to leaving I have nothing but praise for the friendly receptionist to the lovely asthma nurse and to the most accommodating doctor. All went above and beyond to help my grandson . Thankyou Longhill for best NHS experience.

This practice used to be a lovely part the community and was easy to use but since amalgamation with others and Covid getting an appointment is near impossible. The Longhill branch is usually near empty and really only used for things like blood tests making it a redundant practice for the community. I rang this morning at 8 am couldn’t get through for half hour to then be told I couldn’t get my 16 month old an appointment because they are full to capacity. Walk in won’t help with this issue stating I need to see the GP with it reoccurring. So basically I’m slim on options

Doors open 8 o,clock first In the queue told no appointments available please tell me how this happens told you can't make appointments In advance ,this is a just unbelievable how do you ever get to see a doctor , yet surgery is saying they will take on new patients how can they do that when they can't see the pratients they have already got it's just crazy

Absolutely shocking really that with everything being pretty much over the phone which is already bad enough and yet I still cant get an appointment to speak to a doctor for 15 minutes.
