I want to book appointment in morning and i call in morning but they told we will call you bakck in 2 hours but there is more than two hours but no replay from gp.

Dear Mr Momin, Thank you for your feedback, as we had said in your message that the pharmacy team will usually call you within two hours, but sometimes it is not possible to meet this timeline. You had submitted your request at 8:56am and the pharmacist called you at 11:24 am, so it was just a few minutes over two hours that the pharmacist responded to your query. I have a 2yr old. Who had reoccurring rashes and instead of the GP helping me look into the cause of the rashes . She like yeah yeah I will prescribe a cream. Usually they are the trained eye and will have some idea or suggestions on how to sort the problem instead of just masking it with creams etc. It keeps reoccurring so they is a trigger either internal or external. They have to take time to listen and help patients get to the root cause of certain issues. Not everything requires medication esp with children.

I found that the system for booking an urgent GP appointment worked very well. I filled out the online form and received a telephone call within about 10 minutes with an appointment to see a doctor that very day. The doctor was very professional and very caring, and I was completely satisfied. I have had to visit the surgery on several occasions previously and have always been very pleased with all of the staff

My mother is a registered patient here at the surgery, most of the time I come along with my mother to her appointments. I must say that I extremely happy and proud of the way the surgery is run and well managed. The appointment system is not too bad and my mothers medication is always issued on time without any problems. I really have to praise the reception staff as I belive they dont receive enough credit for the work they do. I would like to particularly mention about a staff, she's an asian girl who wears a headscarf. She is so remarkable in the way she works and deals with patients with so much accuracy. I have witnessed her on a number of occasion whilst waiting in reception. She is absolutely amazing and really goes above and beyond to help patients. She shows a lot of care and empathy when speaking. She listens thoroughly. The surgery needs to employ more staff like her. Other staff are good, but at times I feel they do come across a bit rude and try to rush you. My experience with the practice is very good and I feel it could get better if the right staff are put in place. People come to the surgery because they are unwell, and when you get treated with little care from the reception staff it really will have a bad impact on the practice. Overall happy with the practice and few of the reception. There are two girls I like mostly who are there in the mornings usually.

A lot of people are very quick to judge and make negative comments about this surgery. I have been registered with this surgery for several years and hardly have ever had a bad experience. Doctors and nurses are lovely and very caring towards you. The girls at the main reception are the real angels of the surgery, always polite and freindly and they greet you with a big smile. I am a morning person so I mostly have appointments then. Not sure about the afternoon staff, but the girls here in the mornings are so lovely. Like a breath of fresh air
