I want to express my thanks and gratitude to the GP I saw this week . It’s the second time I had had an appointment with him regarding the same issue. It makes so much difference to how you feel as a patient knowing the GP has taken time (which I know they have precious little of), to read your notes before you enter the consultation room . It meant not having to repeat everything, and made me feel valued and that he had genuine concern . His communication skills were excellent, and he had a compassionate, empathic manner . The GP was also very thorough and had sent a letter to a hospital consultant about a prescription I had recently been given . Thank you !

This is a really excellent surgery, with very considerate and helpful doctors and staff. I can't thank or praise them enough for the support I've received over the past few years.
