Review titled Terrible
Rated 1 star out of 5
by RaymondMol - Posted on 23 May 2025
Today i had an appointment and was refused pain relief based on the fact that it was not possible for me to attend A&E. I was terrorized with terms such as "you will lose use of your legs" and blackmailed with "if you don't go to A&E you wont receive pain relief". Absolutely deplorable behavior from a locum Dr who could only hear her own voice and not that of the patient, the reception team were not at all willing to help and kept telling me to call back on Tuesday. Absolutely dreadful, think I might have to find a new GP as to be refused treatment based on the fact that i could not attend A&E is truly worrying and does not fill me with confidence.

Practice has changed the booking system. Now all online and very easy to access. Available appointments are now within 2 weeks and met a lovely Doctor in room 14. The reception staff was very helpful and helped with this online form on my mobile. Except for this blonde lady with multiple tattoos and very rude that she is always on her phone. so rude.

Review titled Worst practice - No answer
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Farid S - Posted on 18 August 2023
I have tried to contact the surgery many times without success. The last one was today at 9:10 Am. I have no Gp assigned to my name and the policy about having same-day appointments is very annoying. Well I called and you didn't answer. I have also tried to get an online consultation and they close the case if they reached capacity and you have to do it all over again. Such a poor and bad practice. You must show respect to people.
