I rang up for an appointment for my young child to be told I would have to go to the walk in clinic in upavon, I told them I wouldn’t be able to get there in the times they provided because it takes over 2 hours on multiple buses so was put on a list for a call back and when I got a call back again I was told to go to upavon. I registered at this practice because it was the most local to me just to be told each time to go to upavon which with a very small toddler being expected to travel that far when unwell is awful. If I wanted to travel miles away I would have found a surgery miles away. And frankly the receptionist and the doctor seemed very couldn’t care less on both phone calls. I will be moving practice

Once again couldn’t get an appointment with Doctor told to go to walk in clinic in Upavon does a bus go that way I wanted to join this practice because I could walk to it wish I hadn’t still in really bad pain I’ll have to get someone to take me Salisbury walk in perhaps that’s what I need to do next time
