Dr called me back told me the surgery was too full to see me so I would have to go Darnall hub at 8.30pm and a staff member would send me an email with the details but no one did email me or phone me with the details so I was just left

I was trying 2 days to get through , the phone lines ate constantly buzy and on the 3rd day after just over an hour of constantly redailing i got through to be told again there wer no appointments left. On the fourth day i decided to do as the receptionist told me a few week before an to go into the surgery as soon as its open to book my appointment, i did just that and was told " sorry you cant make an appointment in person anymore you need to phone us " . So i had to stand in the surgery entrance and constantly press redail to try and get through to the surgery i was stood in .when I eventually got through i was told again all the appointments had gone but i could go to darnall surgery that night. I could get to darnall so i was left with no help again .

Used to be OK but it's very hard to get an appointment these days. All I needed was an open referral to dermatology to access privately, apparently had to be seen in person by the GP for that which took 2 weeks. The GP was then rude and sarcastic to me. I am switching.

G ood prompt service in this and previous dealings with this practice. I can't fault it.excellent clinical and admin staff. Well done

Can't get to see or speak to a doctor and not allowed to speak to practice manager. Important check up missed. Unable to make appointments on line of on phone

Helped today by a male receptionist whose name i didn't catch. I am hard of hearing and he went out of his way to locate some tablets for me . Thanks

Great staff who were happy to go above and beyond for me. I had to go away for work commitments and had left my prescription bait too late. I explained my situation and normally most people would ask for you to book GP appointments to discuss the matter. However the staff were really friendly understood the inconvenience through no fault other own. They managed to resolve the situation internally as it would safe other patients the need for doctors appointments. I was then able to pick my prescription from my local pharmacy as they had sent it across.

I rang regarding an item for repeat prescription. I have been registered with the surgery since it opened and have always had excellent service
