Recent blood test which I explained I was incredibly nervous about, the receptionist went out of her way to make me feel better and booked me a longer appointment. The nurse got someone else to help take mind off it when the time came making me feel better about in my mind causing them problems. They went above and beyond to assure me this was not the case and ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure Thank you

So many problems. Appointments made then on arrival they were not booked in and turned away Repeat Prescriptions would not be drawn up many many occasions Phone appointment I would never recieve Shuffled over to a nurse rather than a doctor on appointments Ring up for emergency appointment to be shouted at saying not an emergency!? Wait times were more than two weeks for non emergency Told to collect medicines from pharmacy only not to be there.
