1. Review titled no sense of sticking to their 'word' or verbal agreements

   I've had nothing but bad experience at this place along with family members from elder generations too, I took it personal when I logged a call via 111 and they still showed no care or sense of loyalty to their own words of "we will call before 1pm" it then turned to 2pm and now I find myself caller number 1 in the queue for the past 7 minutes as if they've seen my number calling again and purposely left me aside on hold for their own amusement purposes, I would never recommend this surgery to anyone who has family member history in terms of any of your family members suffering from any health issues and the surgery then ignoring those types of people or any relation of those people as a means of getting their own back, this is how I'm left feeling with my personal and hearing from elder generations experience of the health care they provide here, will be changing asap as I lay here struggling to walk in hope of medical advise on how long recovery may take but they have advised the number on the system was incorrect even though I had given the new number both on online NHS report and via phone call so twice the correct number was given and yet they just refer to old system numbers they've not put the effort in to change or realise they are calling the wrong number in the first place, the best I'm left with is I've now spoken to the someone who has taken the new number down at the surgery and I'm left with 'the doctor will call you so now I'm left bedbound awaiting a call in hope to atleast be told "you will need to rest until the back pain goes" but will await the phone call before I can even say that much in regards to how I feel about this gp considering all the personal experiences over the years
