  1. Review titled Good Service when required

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Have recently required Hip Surgery, following the service give by the GP and could not be more helpful, when a futher challenge appeared in the form of medication and delay for Urology treatment/surgery following a stroke 18 months previously. The nursing staff and support in trying to get my medication to balance and give correct readings tested us all. My social life was visiting the Surgery, and staff were most helpful, just need to keep being positive. The surgery performed by Urology staff at N & N required me to be admitted as an emergency patient and several days on a ward. Again excellent staff and support.

  2. Review titled Some gone above and beyond.

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I've moved around alot and have been to many surgeries. Drayton is miles better than the others I've been to in years. Nice staff, medical and clerical. Some go out of their way to help you above and beyond. I've had a couple of issues that haven't been great but the response and action to sort it out and to then make sure I had continuity of care for a time after until both parties were happy was great. I use the online service all the time and utilise the telephone appointments whenever I can as I can get an appointment more so that way and I don't then have to leave work earlier or sort a day off. There are times I have a fair wait but still not as bad as other places. The car park at the surgery is abysmal. A few small negatives but of no real issue in the grand scheme of things.

  3. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been trying to get a sicknote for over a week now for 1 day. The "receptionist" keeps telling my via their useless message service to call on the day to make an appointment. Nobody ever answers the phone! I said I work for the NHS is hospital theatres and especially now its difficult to make call let alone get an appointment for what should be a fairly simple process!!!! I have asked for the practice managers email address, yet surprisingly they do not want me to have it! Avoid at all costs.

  4. Review titled Useless trying to get appt

Rated 1 star out of 5

My wide needed a general appt with a doctor. Advised her normal Dr has no appts until Dec and to call in two days time when appts will be available or see if she could book online. Calling on thursday is not a convenient option and online doesnt list a routine appt selection so cannot do online either. What is she supposed to do?

  5. Review titled Unbelievably poor phone service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Over the past 3 years we have been part of this GP, we ring here and there for appointments and prescription and such, and every single time it takes half an hour sometimes even more for the phone to be answered. Today we waited another 30 minutes, someone finally answered, and while talking to them the line just went quiet and then they hung up on us. We expected they would ring back, but they didn't even bother. Now we have to ring back and wait another half an hour. It is ridiculous. Never seen anything like it elsewhere.

  6. Review titled Awful telephone system, non existent front of house staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

Absolutely a waste of time trying to get even a blood test at this practice. Phone calls are left unanswered, there is no email connection to the surgery, they don't seem to have any booking online except blood tests, if you can get one. When you go round to the actual surgery it's empty. Don't ever expect to see an actual doctor, if you're lucky you might pick up a lottery based appointment with a nurse practitioner. Absolutley dreadful now and must be leaving many like myself feeling like they are without a surgery now.
