I am a new patient at this surgery and called for a GP appointment for the first time here. The receptionist team was absolutely brilliant who took details of my medical symptoms, asked relevant questions and promised to call me back after passing to the GP. After three hours, I get my prescription issued by GP and further routine tests to be done. I am so pleased and grateful about such efficient service that showed how much the surgery and the team members cared about me. Perhaps one of the best surgery in South Ockendon.

I am thrilled to have discovered an excellent medical practice in my local area. After hearing about and experiencing nightmares with some medical practices in the area, Dr. Yasin's medical practice has been a breath of fresh air. The level of attentiveness and the speed at which I can reach the reception are impressive. Dr. S has been exceptional, approachable, and instills confidence in our interactions. My conversation with a nurse regarding my blood test results was also highly satisfactory. It seems I have found my lifelong medical practice, barring a move out of the area. Many thanks to Dr. Yasin for the exceptional service. Well done and keep up the good work.

When called in for my child’s first Immunisation, there wasn’t any sense of care to explain what it is, she would be immunised from. moreover, when it came to my personal check up postpartum no consideration was given to Mum as soon as checks were done with the children they told me to be on my way even after stopping them and making them aware that the health visitor told me that there were vital checks they needed to conduct on me after informing them they acted oblivious and even asked me to explain to them what these checks were. I didn’t highlighted that no time was dedicated to me they then admitted that usually a postpartum check takes half an hour but unfortunately even though you’re here we’re unable to do the service for you today. The nurse, then just named a few types of contraceptions and told me to research it myself.

I have recently switched to Dr Yasin Surgery and I have started to realise how the good surgeries works. Previously, it's been just us running behind GPs trying to figure out next steps and appointments. However, I am amazed how good they are at following up and ensuring our wellbeing! I had to visit a hospital for some emergency which turned out to be a false alarm thankfully. But the very next day, I received a phone call from the surgery booking me in for an appointment to pursue the false alarm pain! A big Thank you to Dr Yasin Surgery 😊
