  1. Review titled Very poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Partner has been admitted to hospital 3 times, 3rd for emergency surgery, my now 5 year old has needed an ambulance, urgent care twice, I've had 5 years of agony that the consultant solved near instantly, everytime we had previously been fobbed off or not even been able to get past the receptionist for an appointment, tried today for my partner as she needs to see the GP for the same issue starting again.. no appointments, this place's inaction has impaired our health not improved it, once you get to the consultants at new cross or their A&E they're appalled everytime, will be moving to another practice

  2. Review titled Shambolic Practice

by Callum Archer - Posted on 05 July 2024

Reception staff are rude, don't answer phones, try and diagnose you over the phone themselves. As for my Doctor I have not seen him in over 10 years every time I visit this practice it is somebody different so if you have a recurring issue you almost have to start the process over and over again. I have been given steroid creams today (05/07/2024)which should have been for the palms of my hands and feet on the information attached to the medication it says to apply to eyes and face. I feel like because I see a different doctor every time I visit there is no actual care given for the patient as they do not know you personally or understand what illnesses you may have been going through instead you are left feeling like a time slot because the doctor doesn't care and just wants to move you on quick to see someone else. I have been suffering with eczema for a number of years was passed onto a dermatologist where my skin started to get better until it developed on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet I haven't had contact from them now for possibly almost a year so I have had to use my doctors practice again who forever just tell me its eczema take this, they never actually look into what type of eczema it is as I have had to do my own research on my eczema which turns out to be a rarer case of eczema so when I told my doctor today that what she was trying to prescribe me for it wasn't the correct thing and I needed anti biotics for the skin infection I had she told me I need to book another appointment. I then had to tell her that I needed a certain cream to use while my skin was infected she then changed what was previously prescribed as I already had what she was trying to prescribe me. Also told me to carry on using the big tub of moisturiser that i have which is almost empty that she hadnt actually looked at properly to see how much i had.not once did she look at my hands or feet. I am at the end of my tether with my skin now and it is seriously effecting my mental health as I feel like no one actually cares and I am running out of options and the strength to carry on fighting a day to day battle with it all.
