I am extremely concerned about this practice especially the receptionist I don't no if she's a qualified nurse or healthcare professional but the lack of patient care and support is no existent. My daughter has recently phoned as this is what the doctor had requested and thr receptionist was rude obnoxious and very argumentative this surely is very bad practice safe to say I am reporting this surgery

I have recently registered at this practice following a poor experience at a neighbouring surgery. I wish I had made the move sooner, the staff are amazingly kind and helpful, it’s lovely to be able to speak to a person rather than being forced to use an online service! booking an appointment was easy and I was given an appointment to suit around my work. Dr Vardhan took her time to listen to my issues and clearly explained a treatment plan and diagnosis. Thankyou. Keep up the good work!

Had to chase up a prescription on the Friday that hadn’t been signed off even though I requested it on the Monday, first phone call took 9 minutes to get through, then later had to call back to confirm it had been done, 26 minutes on hold and I had to terminate the call as I only get 30 minutes for my lunch. 26 minutes and not answered!! So now I will have to try again on my next break which is only 15 mins and hope I get through in less than that. I have the screen shot to prove it in case anyone thinks I’m exaggerating.

Thankyou for your feedback. We are aware of problems with the phone system with calls not coming through to the practice. We are having a new system installed within the next few months
