Recently joined the surgery. Tried to book an appointment with Gp for my son, after several tries managed to get through to receptionist. There was no appointment available for the day but she explained the pressure and offered me alternatives and in fact booked me to nurse near my residence. She was very pleasant & helpful. It was informative that how many other services are available that can help us. We no need to see GP everytime and other health professionals are there to help. Thank you.

I had a lovely call back from the clinical pharmacist who was very helpful. He issued me with my asthma pumps that I required as my asthma pump was not on my repeat prescription. He also did a quick asthma check. He was very polite and a good listener. He reassured me that I would be able to contact him in the future if I needed help as I'm a primary school teacher so getting an appointment is a mind field. Not the GPs fault, but I now have to write a letter to request I still require the medication Salamol so it can be put back on repeat prescription.

Trying to get through to the receptionist for an appointment at 8am is impossible. Line is constantly busy and I have been trying since 8am. By far the worst surgery for trying to call and getting an appointment. +442085929111. Totally useless, good luck in getting an appointment!

The reception staff are always helpful and I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment the same day for either myself or my children. Really helpful and kind

Good help from the evening receptionist. I needed an appointment quite urgently last minute and the evening receptionist managed to sort one out for me

I spoke to a lovely receptionist at 3pm, all the Drs appointments had been taken, however she listened attentively to my problem and offered a solution. It was so nice to be supported when I really wasn't feeling very well. Thank you so much.

It was good to have a pharmacist giving flu jabs, frees up a Dr. To do other things such as consult a patient preferably face to face instead of the telephone. Things would run a bit smoother if they had more Doctor's per surgery.
