    I am utterly appalled by the conduct of the staff at this GP practice, particularly the reception team. Throughout the past year, my grandfather—who was bedbound—repeatedly requested a home visit, yet not once did the GP attend. Instead, we were continually dismissed and fobbed off by one of the receptionists, who showed no compassion or urgency despite his vulnerable condition. Tragically, my grandfather has now passed away, and the poor handling from this practice has only added to our distress. Even in the aftermath of his passing, the receptionists failed to demonstrate any empathy or professionalism. They caused avoidable delays by submitting incorrect information on the medical certificate, sent emails without attachments, and created unnecessary back-and-forth that delayed the issue of crucial documentation. This administrative incompetence has prolonged our family's grief and placed an unacceptable burden on my grandmother. When I visited the practice in person, I was met with hostility from both reception staff. Before even asking my name, they launched into aggressive questioning. For people in patient-facing roles, their behaviour is shocking and deeply unprofessional. This is not my usual GP, and I don't personally know these individuals, but if this is how they treat someone trying to help a family member, I can only imagine how they treat their own patients. A glance at their online reviews confirms I’m not alone in this experience—others have also reported dissatisfaction and poor treatment. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any medical practice. Patients and families deserve compassion, respect, and competence—none of which were present in our interactions.

    I have been the GP today (19/09/3023)at 12.45 for my son appointment for one year vaccination it was 10 minutes late and we Tring to explain to them why we were late and already they cancelled his appointment by them self he must have this vaccination today because already over due but they don't want lisint anything just they Tring to change our GP practice if we can't get on time for an appointment they mentioned you are Tamil That's way we coming from far away and one of other staff enter our conversation and having augmented with us and she said that she will see how we make next an appointment and this totally she made us not trust on the GP practice any more also both staff were so rude accrecive

    Joined during pandemic and have never had any problem getting in touch with surgery. Ladies on reception always very helpful and happy to sort out any queries. Have had a much more positive experience than with my previous practice!
