I had to wait 2 weeks to get a face to face appt, today I saw a new doctor she was lovely, asked me to go to reception to book a blood test. The receptionist was lovely with 10 min I was with the nurse, the only delay was getting a vain to get some blood, but the nurse kept trying and was successful again lovely nurse. Great service and lovely staff well done

Registered as soon as I moved in to the area cuz I'm on prescribed meds. Couldn't get to the doctors for medical review, even tho I've been first in a queue, apparently they always fully booked for the day. Most of practices use mobile apps, but although I asked for details to register to one, they just ignored me, ladies at the reception just don't care or don't know what they supposed to do.

Doctor sending medication to wrong pharmacy. Receptionist giving me a token prescription just for surgery pharmacy to say it can’t be used. Had to come home without very much needed medication. Very upsetting. Not the first time I’ve had difficulty collecting medication from there either.

I did my cervical screening test here and the nurse was very quick and efficient with her task. The Poplars' atmosphere was very pleasant as well.

Every time I have to ring the doctor I get anxious, remembering what an ordeal it used to be at my previous surgery. It's a completely different experience here. The receptionists are fabulous, speak to you like you're a human being, and put themselves out to help. The doctors I've spoken to are absolutely amazing. They're really lovely and seem to actually care about their patients. It's a long time since I've had anything good to say about my old surgery. I'd never go back now. I love the Poplars!

I rarely leave reviews but I have to commend the receptionists and the doctors for their amazing service this year. After a tough few years on the NHS I cannot praise them enough. I've had a few visits and phone calls to the surgery in the last few months and the receptionists have been an absolute pleasure. They're always so helpful and cheerful and they've made some stressful times for me very pleasant.

I wanted to express my thanks for the kind treatment I received today at the practice. I attended for a blood test 3.20 on 24 June 2022 - done with care and kindness (and I didn't feel a thing, though couldn't look). Also the receptionist that looked after me following the blood test was kind and helpful in making and appointment. Everything about my visit was good; I felt 'looked after'.
