    At 3.30 I called reception. I needed a test result. I was caller number 3. At 6.15 no one had answered the phone. This was Wednesday 29th March. Thank goodness it wasn't life or death. Get some decent staff.

    I can only say to anyone considering signing on with this surgery please make sure you explore all your options first. After 14 years I have had no choice but to leave as I can’t trust this surgery anymore. Repeat prescriptions delayed ( I have high blood pressure so needed) and numerous excuses as to why, I went there with a lump on my breast and was asked what I want to do about it?!!! And don’t even get me started on the reception staff... I’m not sure there is a word in the dictionary to describe the levels of rudeness they display, not sure if they have special training to make you feel like you’re interrupting their day when you call but dear me... customer service training very much needed! It’s a shame as when I first moved to the area I was pleased to have found such a good surgery, but it seems as partners have retired and moved on the care for patients has declined and it’s nothing to do with covid ... I manage a service that was also impacted by covid this is just as the headline says - poor declining practice where you never get to see the same gp twice... that is of course if you even manage to get passed the reception staff

    Went to pick up an item while stood in the queue a man was being very rude to a reception lady swearing she just smiled and still tried to be helpful to the man still after he spoke to her like crap the receptionist had not long started there hope this as not put her of Iv always found the surgery ok and the reception lady’s as always been helpful yes it does get frustrating when you can’t get through but that gives nobody the right to be rude to the staff
